1. Program Description
CenCal Property Management offers an SMS messaging program that provides:
- A secure booking link for scheduling property showings after requested via our phone system
- Appointment confirmations
- Showing reminders
- Follow-up communication related to scheduled showings
- Messages are sent only after a user initiates contact through our phone system and requests a booking link or schedules an appointment.
Message frequency varies based on user interaction and scheduled appointments.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you the message.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, you may request a new booking link through our phone system.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency varies. Typically, users will receive 1–4 messages per booking request (booking link, confirmation, reminder, follow-up).
